  • Description

Rycroft interviews the musicians, in Zulu. He asks for the names. They think it is very fun that a white man wants to know their names. Therefore it is difficult to hear their answers over their laughter in the background. The two identifiable names are: Simon Mhlezi (could be Nhlezi) and Mbatha. He then looks at the guitar and the violin to note the tuning method which they use. The rest of this recording includes background talking and musicians playing a few chords on their guitars or tuning their violins.
