Philip Hamon describes the song 'Darrie chez nous', along with Hilary Carre, and then Hamon sings it. Mrs Carre then describes the song, with further talk afterwards about Hamon's father.

Part of Peter Kennedy's 1957 collecting trip to the Channel Islands. Jack le Feuvre, a singer from Sark, sings a number of songs in French and talks about them. This is interspersed with talk (in English) about songs, dances and life on the island.
