User notes for this item

Alec Stewart was a blind Gaelic storyteller. In this tape he continues to tell the story of 'The knowing seaman' in English (related to tape number C604/642), before talking to Peter Kennedy and Hamish Henderson. [Note: this is not the same Alec Stewart as the piper and well-known 'Stewart family' from Perthshire.]
