Recording note: Recordings were made with a Sony DAT Walkman model TCD - D8 (kindly loaned by the School of Scottish Studies) machine and a matching single point stereo microphone (Sony ECM 959A which PC purchased shortly before his visit began). Recordist's note: NB. in Peter Cooke's notes this is: PCUG97.7.12-3. Performance note: Played on three adungus, two treble, one bass plus spanner. High modulation; individual tunings recorded after.
