African harmony: *Flutist alternates linear development with broken parallel dyads and arrpegiate homophonic parallelism. *vocal lines are harmonized using homophonic paralllism *guitar is moving what appears to be 1st inversions of the I-IV-V chords (as known in european discourse). This movement being parallel in and of itself and from within the same scalar source indicates the conscious application of traditional african harmonic principles, concepts and models even whileusing western instrumentation.
