  • Description

Item notes: Roud Folk Song Index No. 291. Laws Ballad No. O24. Performance notes: Recorded at the Downs festival. Recording notes: Low recording level, tape hiss. Recording nearly ruined by the performance of an awful amateur dramatics singer who is unfortunately stood next to the mike, the left channel has been reduced in the dubbing in an attempt to keep this interference to a bearable minimum
