    Part 7: New layer of management being established in the museum alongside the curatorial staff. Different managerial structures and more distant from senior managers. Reorganisation in 2010 reduced the number of staff. Budget holding and reductions in costs due to digitised recording. Name of the unit changed from Department of Sound Records when she joined, to decision in 1995 that Film, Photographs and Sound should become . Archives.[14:00] Integration of indexing and transcribing. museum bought in dedicated software (Adlib). Problems making it fit.
