The recording contains repeat performances of the song 'I'm Only a Poor Little Ewing', a parody of the 1979 pop song 'I'm Only a Poor Little Sparrow'. The initial performance includes a group of children who play musical instruments as they sing. This is followed by individual performances of the song sung by the children in the group.
