Abstract
Part 2 of 2. [00:00:00 - 00:07:46] This recording continues on immediately from the C898-49-01 recording as children from King's Heath Primary School, Birmingham, continue to perform playground songs. The first two songs are of poor sound quality and are therefore difficult to decipher. The first song runs [00:00:00 - 00:01:15] and the second [00:01:16 - 00:02:38]. Following this, the sound quality improves and a number of playground and traditIonal songs can be heard. The songs performed are: 'We're Little Irish Girls' [00:02:29 - 00:03:10]; 'There's a Little Girl in the Corner' [00:03:11 - 00:04:05]; 'My Name is (Samantha O'Connell)' [00:04:06 - 00:04:48]; 'Sally and I' [00:04:49 - 00:05:53]; 'There's Two Little Girls in the Corner Shop' [00:05:55 - 00:06:30]; 'Christmas Bells are Ringing' [00:06:31 - 00:07:01] and 'Mummy Makes Buns' [00:07:02 - 00:07:46].
