George Ewart Evans interviews Mr W. Boulton [or Bolton?] who talks about his time doing seasonal work in Burton-on-Trent during the malting season: entertainment in the Golden Ball public house, step dancing and singing (he sings a song called 'The Barley Mow'), the Statite[?] Fair, which was a Michaelmas fair. 11'13"-11'28" fragment of another recording.
