    Part 18: Tape 11 Side B. Talks about how Len compared to her father and brothers. Discusses family personalities. Planned to buy house with LG and saved money with a ‘Partner’, somewhat like a ‘Box scheme in other places.’ Describes in detail how a Partner worked. Partners go on for years and years. Practice was common in Jamaica. BG inherited the responsibility for a Partner from her sister when she emigrated to America. LG and BG saved for a house using partner scheme. BG till saves through a Partner for holidays. Describes first property.
