Details of Mercantile House, DB's involvement as Chairman of Marshalls, description of John Barkshire. 1979: DB nominated by Scholey on committee considering LIFFE: first meeting March 1980, including Brian Williamson, Jack Wigglesworth, Stephen Raven, Neil Matthewson and John Barkshire.
