Abstract
Part 29: Walter Bor [WB] Public consultation and Skeffington Committee. Well-attended public meetings at Central Hall on Future of London. Appointed President of London Forum of Civic Amenities, secretary Marion Harvey. WB in his role as working President and their success in opposing Terminal 5. Forum now influential as a pressure group. Failure of London Underground. His belief in grass-roots participation.
