    Part 17: Walter Bor [WB] More on Channel 4 biased interview. Reasons why media is anti MK. WB invited to lead seminars on MK in international circles, especially Japan. Success of Hong Kong Chinese. MK ideal for raising children, offers different life style. Surveys confirm large proportion of citizens are very satisfied. Criticism begins to weaken. Consultancy lasted two years then retained for further eighteen months. First phase of building and architect Derek Walker. Three further jobs – new city centre for Tehran, Shetland County Council Oil Development, major study of inner city areas, Swindon and Dublin. Shetland Development Strategy with perceptive town clerk, Mr Clark. Hired plane to Shetland and awarded contract. Friendly locals hated Scots and loved Norwegians. Importance of keeping traditional industries alive. City centre for Tehran.
