Educated at a national (public) school at Carrick-on-Suir. Both parents from Carrick-on-Suir. Can read and write in English. Religion: Roman catholic. Occupation: farmer (26 acres of land). Item note: Martin reads the Parable of the Prodigal Son (taken from Luke chapter XV, verse 11-32).
