    Item notes : Wachsmann's original recording no.: 54.240. From available documentation: Bukombi, being a Roman Catholic, introduced some Gregorian monotone chant into his performance. Performer notes : From available documentation: Severino Bukombi is from Kyamatanga, Buhesi Gomb. The 2 twigs are tapped against the gourd of the zither. The zither has 2 strings approximately a minor third apart. The top string across frets has taken over a rattling bridge made of porcupine quill.
