Abstract
Social services can turn up any time that they like. She feels that the links between the playgroup and the Social services could be better. One adult per six children. All the staff are paid. When they had parents helping out they tended to bring their own toddlers and this could be counterproductive because the parents couldn’t really look after the children while keeping an eye on the toddlers. Present staff.
