  • Abstract

    Pam Schofield moved to the village in 1955. Morchard Bishop was so desperate for teachers that the headmaster came to her door asking if she would teach there. She started there in 1961 and then became a supply teacher in 1971. Soon after moving to Cricket her husband died suddenly. She has lived in five houses in the Morchard Parish.
