    The positions. Fines that used to be imposed. The Watchet lock up goal in the Market House and ducking stool. Meeting is on a Thursday in October. Court mace dated 1700 ‘or something’. Has been going for 35 years. Those with certain properties or who paid certain dues would always be summoned. The meeting starts at 12.00 noon.
