  • Description

    The tape box is marked 'Folktales (Magogo). There is no other written documentation, but these recordings seem to be dubbings of his field recordings made in KwaZulu Natal in 1964. A Zulu song, which could be an ihubo (plural amahubo) ceremonial song. The solo part is sung by Princess Magogo. The chorus is sung by Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
