    This is a recording an extract of a solo guitar song played by the Congolese guitarist, Mwenda Jean Bosco. Mwenda Jean-Bosco who was born at Bunkeya, (former Jadotville), in Shaba Province (then Katanga), in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (then the Belgian Congo). This recording is taken from a tape in Rycroft's collection labelled 'Guitar Talk Tape B' this recording is a dubbing of the original recording made in Jadotville town in the Katanga province of Congo (present day Democratic Republic of Congo). The recording was made by Hugh Tracey in 1952 and was later published by Gallotone (GALLOTONE GB 1700 and by Decca LF1170 and 1171).
