Description
Item note: Traditional endara song. For a diagram of endara see Peter Cooke file in Sound Archive office. Performance note: This recording features three engoma (and stick on drum, but not in this case), two dancers, one endara xylophone. Player two uses glissando technique in left hand. Player three sang during this item. He removed the top key for use as a seat. Performer's note: Men from Kakuka. Recordist's note: In Peter Cooke's notes, this is on TAPE PC 11, TRACK A, item no. 8.
