Duggie Chapman, theatrical producer. Born in Burnley. Child performer with Carol Levis and Dudley Dale and his Gang. Feed to Comic Alan Modley in Piccadilly to Paris. Comedian in Variety, Summner Seasons and on radio in over 60 shows [Variety Playhouse, Worker’s Playtime and Mid-day Music Hall etc.] Played Dame in Pantomimes. Produced Chapman’s Music Hall in Skegness as well as many Summer Shows, Pantomimes, Music Halls and tours throughout Britain. Is a member of the Grand Order of Water Rats.
