    Part 11: Description of ER's plan for Byker and location of shops and other facilities; opening of project office in Byker; provision of play facilities and planting; obtaining finance for the Wall; remarks on variety of skills required in architecture; description of ventilation, interior decoration, acoustic and climatic qualities of the Wall; description of some residents' responses to living there; use of colour in the scheme.
