    Part 6: Discussion of planning to facilitate communication amongst members of particular groups within mixed communities, and relation to designs by Ralph Erskine [RE] for Kuwait and Holland; need to permit, not enforce, patterns of communication, and need for alternatives. Remarks on High-Tech architecture and on current developments in London, including Terry Farrell's Charing Cross Station. RE's design for indoor shopping centre, Lulea, Sweden, 1954-6, and remarks on similar centres in Canada; discussion of Ekero Centre, Tappstrom, and the political conflicts involved in its construction, the contractor's methods, and the responses of residents to it.
