Part 13. Remarks on timing of Frank Martin's (FM) retirement. Discussion of importance of the sea in FM's life, especially his contribution to the development of rescue services around Chichester harbour, and of underwater rescue expertise, working with the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution), and FM's establishment of the Hayling Island Sea Rescue Research Organisation. Remarks on FM's writing on the history of St Martin's.
