Educated at Public school in Methil. In the army since the age of 20. Father from Kinross-shire, mother from Fifeshire. Can read and write in English and Scottish. Religion: Protestant. Occupation: ploughman. Item note: Thomas reads the Parable of the Prodigal Son (taken from Luke chapter XV, verse 11-32).
